​Safety Through Leadership
All of our leadership team have a responsibility for the monitoring and results of our safety performance, this responsibility includes participation in safety meetings and audits of our projects. We also ensure the leadership of our project partners and contractors are engaged; this is mainly through management engagement strategies including our Monthly Executive Safety Walk on each of our projects.

​Measuring Performance
We believe that the overall performance of our business is directly related to our safety performance. Our leadership team and employees are always reviewing, analyzing and learning from our performance, collaborating with our Clients and project partners to better understand where we can improve and lower the safety risk for our projects.

Safety Through Design & Constructability
Victson Construction Engineering have the experience to review the design early and provide practical recommendations during the engineering phase to lower the safety risk during the execution phase, we have the experience with Local Design Institutes to facilitate these reviews and execute the recommendations during construction. We also complete constructability reviews on all of our projects that consider many safety aspects during the engineering and planning phases.​

Site Management
Our site safety program centers on the following strategies:
●  Ensure the safety is considered and evaluated during procurement;
●  Train the workforce and all project staff to ensure understanding on the rules;
●  Reward positive HSE behaviors;
●  Positive site surveillance of activities;
●  Ensure the leadership of all project parties discharge their commitment to the safety performance of the project.
