Jacob Anderson
General Manager
Jacob overseas all operations of Victson and acts in a sponsorship role on our projects. Jacob has been involved in delivery of projects for Clients including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Zoetis, BeiGene, Astra Zeneca, Nestle, Disney, Kraft, MSD, Baxter, Just Biologics IFF, Givaudan, Transcenta Biologics, BMS, Eisai, Merck, Roche, Novartis, Aegros and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Ken Pearson
Director of Projects
Ken manages the performance of our projects with direct coordination with our Clients and Contractors. Ken has been involved in delivery of projects for Clients including CSL Behring, Aegros, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Alvogen, GSK and Westmead Hospital.
Milind Patil
Operations Manager – India
Milind is based in our Mumbai office and manages our India operations. Having led an International Project Management firm in India for 15 Years, Milind possesses a track record of delivering extensive life sciences projects in India. His experience includes projects for Pfizer, Hilleman Laboratories, MSD, Merck, Aegros, Givaudan, Siemens & Disney.
Kylee Boyd
Chief Financial Officer
Kylee is based in Australia and is responsible for the planning, implementation and management Victson’s financial activities. Kylee’s role also extends to obtaining and maintaining client relations and partnership compliance.
Connie Yin
Commercial Manager
Connie manages all commercial deliverables for our projects including procurement, change and cost activities. Connie has been involved in delivery of projects for Astra Zeneca, Roche, Merck, King Living, Nestle, Transcenta, Aegros, MSD and Novartis.
