Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Victson is providing Project & Construction Management services to its US based client in India. Our client is building specialty chemical plant at Aurangabad which is in prelim-design phase and the value of the project is USD250M. Victson needs to employ the Project Director to lead this project from design phase, through the construction, commissioning and handover. The project completion is expected by 2028. The Project Director should manage the design team, CM team, external engineering company / EPCM company, contractors and would be responsible to achieve the project completion as per international quality standards, with EHS governance and within the schedule and budgeted costs.
Preferred candidate profile
The Project Director Candidate should be vastly experienced in managing the large specialty chemical projects. He should be capable of reviewing designs and adding values at the engineering stage. He should have lead chemical projects especially in US or UK and in Asia region. He should possess work experience with EPCM/Engineering company as well has worked client side on chemical projects. He should be Master of Engineering / M.Tech in either Civil, Chemical or Mechanical. Further MBA, Post Graduate degrees shall add weightage. Preference shall be given to candidate completed their masters from abroad universities. Overall experience on Construction Projects should be minimum 25 to 30 years.
